With TickTick, the reminders always fire. With a prior product I used, the reminders would sometimes fire and often not - this was true for both the web app and the Android app. Most lists are too long or overly complicated for the size of your desk. With the todo list app Projoodle you can plan tasks, share them with other people or create a Kanban board. Organize and prioritize tasks First, organize your to-do list. It features priority, due date, what, who, in progress and done fields for each entry. I have many reminders setup for due dates on one-time and recurring tasks so they regularly happen. Keep track of the things you need to do with this accessible to do list template. Another most important feature to me is reminders. TickTick has this advanced recurrence and more. They'll do "2nd Saturday of every month" but no setting for the recurring time unit frequency. Many todo apps do not support something like "2nd Saturday of every two months" (for example: Todoist, ToDo Cloud, Checkvist, Wunderlist, any.do, Producteev, Asana).
